Dalle note di copertina: "Il trio percorre il sentiero delle esperienze 'senza basso' e ha la chiara intenzione, nella maggior parte dei brani, di liberare la forma per creare un dialogo tra le parti che, dato l'anagrafe (Cavallanti classe '52, Turra '75, Cavani '74) si potrebbe dire generazionale. L'estetica del trio spazia (non) responsabilmente dalla musica di Ornette Coleman a quella di Paul Motian che surfa senza tema di incongruenza (visto il background avant-jazz-rock di Turra e Cavani) fino a Hendrix, e gli altri brani originali che nella stesura evidentemente provengono da quei territori di fine anni '80 e primi anni '90, dove una grande e provvidenziale ondata di cross-over ha avuto origine nel jazz."

From the liner notes: "The trio walks the bassless experiences path and has the clear intention of, in most of the tracks, freeing the form to create a dialogue between the parties which, given the registry (Cavallanti born in '52, Turra '75, Cavani '74) could be said to be generational. The aesthetics of the trio ranges (not) responsibly from Ornette Coleman's music to that of Paul Motian surfing without fear of incongruity (given Turra and Cavani's avant-jazz-rock background) to Hendrix's angel and the other original songs that in the writing evidently come from those territories of the late 80s and early 90s where the great and providential wave of crossing over originated in jazz."
