From the liner notes, by Francesca Naib: "All who sow carefully choose what they want to plant, prepare the soil at the right time and have the patience to wait for a radical transformation, with the awareness of the risk between achieving success or total failure.
Those who sow make gestures and choose timings of action that while listening to “Todes les que siembran” can germinate images and sensations that deeply affect us. With this evocative image of the four musicians as modern sowers of sound, we can experience a very strong understanding of sound and time that offers the listener telluric low frequencies alternating with fragile crystalline sounds, metallic forge blows and mechanical vibrations, vocal wails and calls.
There is a general sense of rotation that pervades this music: the instrumental gestures on percus- sion, the intense and visceral vibrato of the voice, the wandering excursions of the double bass. The careful seeding of these concentric, parallel, distant circles, fostered by a mutual understanding that can be perceived from the very first sounds, fosters the blossoming of an organism that is strong and brave in its fragile existence: it is a great emotion to witness its birth through listening."
